Diagnosis

MOXO Diagnosis is the preferred decision support tool trusted by clinicians worldwide for diagnosing attentional difficulties, offering an easy-to-use assessment, clear and understandable reports, and exceptional accuracy that makes the diagnostic process fast and efficient.

  • Exceptional accuracy – Rigorously tested by clinicians and academics, MOXO Diagnosis boasts 91%+ AUC and 85%+ sensitivity and specificity. It's also the only assessment that both ensures validity and indicates attempts of malingering.
  • Ease of use – Our modern, intuitive, cloud-based platform lets you send, run, observe, and review assessments from anywhere, so you can easily manage your patients and their results. In-depth reports are easy to navigate, read, and explain, in-app or using the print version.
  • Intervention monitoring – MOXO is an ideal measure of intervention effectiveness, with over 20% of clients using it to track intervention efficacy. It has demonstrated excellent test-retest reliability, maintaining consistency with just a one-hour administration gap.

MOXO360

MOXO360 is our most advanced and comprehensive attention assessment solution, bringing together everything you need to assess attention and executive function in one place. With a MOXO360 account, every test unlocks three reports from a single administration:

  • MOXO Diagnosis Report – clinically aligned results compared to a norms-based sample, for clear diagnostic decisions.
  • MOXO Profiler Report – the industry's first attention profiler. Rather than a yes/no diagnosis, it addresses the general population and covers the entire attention spectrum, measuring performance, focus, and socio-emotional regulation, and highlighting strengths as well as weaknesses.
  • MOXO360 Report – an integrated summary combining diagnostic and cognitive insights, for personalized planning, progress tracking, and communication with stakeholders.

Understanding Profiler scores

Profiler scores are benchmarked against a general population baseline calculated from over 58,000 MOXO assessments, and represented as standardized percentiles — for example, a score at the 80th percentile. Percentiles offer an intuitive, at-a-glance indication of where an individual stands compared to the baseline, and are easy for any professional to interpret, not just specialists.

MOXO360 report interactivity

The MOXO360 report is fully interactive, so you can explore results the way that's most useful to you:

  • Switch between total scores and scores broken down by distraction type — Visual, Audio, or Combo.
  • Choose your report type: Analytics (charts and scores) or Descriptive (text-based summary).
  • View performance as absolute values or relative to the general population baseline.

Already using MOXO Diagnosis? Upgrading is seamless: your test history stays intact, you only pay the difference to unlock MOXO360, and you can even retroactively upgrade tests from the last two years to unlock the additional reports without retesting.
