The assessment was completed but no confirmation was displayed and I cannot see the test results. What should I do?

If you do not receive a confirmation that the test was completed, please do not close the browser tab and Please Do Not Run A New Test. Running a new test on the same computer will override the current data and you will not be able to recover the test results that are missing. Please check that you have a stable internet connection. Once the connection is restored, you should see a “Resend Results” button on the screen. Click on this link, and the results will be sent. If this does not work, please open this link in the same browser and on the same computer that the test was conducted to resend the results.
